Board of Directors

Structure

• Members - Any of Officers, Members of the Coaches Board or Managers.  Members have voting rights to elect the Officers.

• Board of Directors - made up of the Officers of the Corporation 

• Officers - 5 officer positions are elected by the members and serve 2 year terms

  • Officers of the Corporation will be the President, Vice President, Treasurer and two Officers at Large as voted in by the members.  –Have the final decision on financial decisions.  Plus, they would have the final decision on any changes to the direction of the Club and existing policies.

• Coaches Board - Any active coach that has obtained their CDYSL License

  • The Coaches Board will have input into expenditures, Club policies, new ideas and ordinary Club operation.   Has limited voting rights with respect to any decision involving duties of a coach, including but not limited to teams, registrations, gameplay, coaching, players/parents, and equipment.

• Managers - Any active coach that has not yet obtained their CDYSL 11v11 In Person License

  • Can attend member meetings and has input rights.
